What you will do

• Perform daily and weekly sales reporting and trade analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Analyze returns, sizing, pricing, and global brand performance by region and category.
• Propose actions to improve slow-performing stock through markdowns and promotional activity.
• Maintain the critical path, range plans, and business roll-ups in coordination with the buying team.
• Update delivery schedules and forecast business intake for global distribution centers.
• Produce historical analysis and hindsight packs to influence future business strategy and range planning.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a fashion retail head office.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools, line cards, and WSSIs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced head office trading environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Passion for data, numbers, and the fashion industry.
• Must be based in London for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Power BI.
• Previous experience specifically at the Assistant Merchandiser level.
