What you will do

• Develop and improve the enterprise demand plan using sales, marketing, and customer data for consensus forecasting.
• Lead monthly demand review in S&OP cycle, aligning Sales, Operations, and Finance.
• Act as main contact for Sales on forecasts, new products, promotions, and demand variability.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, implement improvements, and collaborate with Supply Planning on gaps.
• Maintain demand planning tools, ERP modules, and statistical models; analyze trends and patterns.
• Prepare demand summaries and KPIs for leadership; support customer onboarding and product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in demand planning, sales forecasting, or S&OP in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Demonstrated experience in formal S&OP process
• Proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR/SyteLine preferred); BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills
• APICS CPIM or IBF CPF certification preferred
