What you will do

• Manage the global Finance Operations function, covering accounts payable, corporate expenses, revenue, and banking operations.
• Own end-to-end financial processes, including procurement, supplier settlements, invoice processing, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure high-quality financial period close (Fast Close) and maximize the accuracy of financial data.
• Automate and optimize financial processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
• Monitor key KPIs, including processing speed, transaction costs, and error rates.
• Lead and develop a distributed finance team and evolve the overall Finance function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FinOps, or Accounting.
• 3+ years in leadership roles within international tech or fintech companies.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams (AP, AR, Cash).
• Strong expertise in process design and building scalable workflows.
• Deep knowledge of ERP system architecture (e.g., BAS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level required.

• Direct experience working in the fintech industry.

• Knowledge of IFRS.
