What you will do
- Lead the Allbound framework for partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring delivery of quality results.
- Craft and deploy multi-channel, intent-based GTM strategies to build and sustain a strong lead pipeline.
- Conduct competitive research and utilize qualitative/quantitative insights to inform partner strategies.
- Utilize HubSpot data to measure campaign effectiveness and make real-time adjustments.
- Execute strategies across SEO, paid media, social influencing, and warm outbound prospecting.
- Own project management and provide final quality assurance before submitting work to partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant marketing and/or sales roles within high-growth companies.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs.
- Proven ability to command meetings, lead conversations, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
- Expertise in building multi-channel strategies and prioritizing revenue plays based on data.
- Experience defining and managing KPIs to deliver actionable revenue insights.
- Strong project and organizational management experience with senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Background in agencies or Account Based Marketing (ABM).
- Experience with Paid Media.
- Proficiency in HubSpot Service, CMS, or Ops Hub.
- Experience with tools such as Clay, SEMRush, Copy.ai, SmartLead, Lemlist, or Chili Piper.
