What you will do

  • Lead the Allbound framework for partners, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring delivery of quality results.
  • Craft and deploy multi-channel, intent-based GTM strategies to build and sustain a strong lead pipeline.
  • Conduct competitive research and utilize qualitative/quantitative insights to inform partner strategies.
  • Utilize HubSpot data to measure campaign effectiveness and make real-time adjustments.
  • Execute strategies across SEO, paid media, social influencing, and warm outbound prospecting.
  • Own project management and provide final quality assurance before submitting work to partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant marketing and/or sales roles within high-growth companies.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs.
  • Proven ability to command meetings, lead conversations, and drive stakeholders to decisions.
  • Expertise in building multi-channel strategies and prioritizing revenue plays based on data.
  • Experience defining and managing KPIs to deliver actionable revenue insights.
  • Strong project and organizational management experience with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Background in agencies or Account Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Experience with Paid Media.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Service, CMS, or Ops Hub.
  • Experience with tools such as Clay, SEMRush, Copy.ai, SmartLead, Lemlist, or Chili Piper.
