Paid Social Specialist (Meta/TikTok): Build, launch, and optimize Paid Social campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth with an accent on creative testing, audience targeting, and performance efficiency. Focus on executing playbooks, monitoring daily metrics, running controlled A/B tests, and ensuring data quality across platforms.
Location: Hybrid in Mexico City (Reforma, CDMX office 2 days a week required)

What you will do
- Execute day-to-day Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit using standard playbooks and checklists.
- Monitor performance, manage budgets/pacing, run basic A/B tests, and apply optimizations based on data and Bliss Point signals.
- Support client reporting with accurate inputs, explain results tied to goals, and document learnings for team reuse.
- Partner with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Channel Leads to pilot innovations and maintain data quality (pixel/CAPI, events, UTMs).
- Escalate issues promptly and ensure compliance with policy, brand safety, and quality bars.
Requirements
- 2+ years hands-on Paid Social execution with strong Meta Ads familiarity
- Comfortable with GA4, platform analytics, Advanced Excel/Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Strong communication for client updates and team collaboration.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
- Comfortable with regular in-office commitment (2 days/week in Mexico City office)

- Experience buying on TikTok, Pinterest Performance+, Snapchat, Reddit, or LinkedIn.
