TL;DR
Technical Solutions Consultant (US): Delivering technical onboarding, solution design, and implementation support for complex strategic clients with an accent on integrations, data architecture, and CRM use cases. Focus on designing scalable customer engagement solutions, guiding SDK and channel implementations, and providing ongoing technical consultation and optimization.
Location: Remote role based in New York, US. Comfortable working with clients across different time zones, including APAC and EMEA.
Salary: $65,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions to define integration approaches across SDK, API, Webhooks, batch imports, and Kafka.
- Design end-to-end customer engagement solutions using Journeys, Campaigns, Segmentation, Promotions, and Personalisation.
- Guide clients through mobile/web SDK integrations, push notifications, email, SMS, in-app messaging setup.
- Support lifecycle campaigns, triggered journeys, event-based automation, and API-driven workflows.
- Act as technical point of contact for enterprise clients, resolving issues and optimizing use cases.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Support, TechOps, and Product teams on client delivery and feedback.
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience working with CRM, marketing automation, CDP, or SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and data integration concepts
- Experience with event-driven architectures and customer data models
- Experience supporting technical implementations for enterprise clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working across time zones including APAC and EMEA
Nice to have
- Experience with Kafka, webhooks, SDK integrations, or cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with mobile marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging
- Experience with customer data platforms or identity resolution
- Experience in gaming, sportsbook, fintech, insurance, retail, or high-volume SaaS
- Basic SQL or data analysis experience
- Client-facing technical consulting role experience
