What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects to ensure long-term success and smooth transition to support.
• Perform hands-on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the hirify.global service.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements to provide innovative consulting services.
• Implement identity federation and robust access control models using SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to drive product development and scalability.
• Mentor and train customers on the service and contribute to the knowledge repository of standard methodologies.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Software development experience with Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST, or JSON.
• Experience with JavaScript and a major MVC framework (e.g., React, Angular, Ember, Backbone).
• Knowledge of enterprise identity life cycle management, cloud architectures, and on-premise IT landscapes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAML 2.0, WS-Federation, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• AD and LDAP experience.
• Familiarity with API management tools like Mulesoft, Axway, or Apigee.
• Experience with popular AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT.
