Data Project Manager

TL;DR

Data Project Manager (Data Analytics): Creating and driving project schedules for data hubs and spokes, translating business needs into data capabilities, and managing data project lifecycles with an accent on alignment with business needs, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Focus on applying agile/waterfall methodologies, tracking budgets and issues, and scaling projects across global data community.

What you will do

• Create and drive project schedules, track status, and ensure priorities are met.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation for data projects.
• Collect business needs, translate into data capabilities, and challenge for efficient deliveries.
• Write functional/technical specifications for data solutions including flows, models, and governance.
• Manage project communication, status reporting via Azure Boards, budget alignment, and stakeholder RACI.
• Apply agile/waterfall methodologies, prepare project documents, and centralize documentation.
• Interact with global data program manager to scale projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Analytics, or Project Management
• +5 years in large data projects in major organizations
• Experience leading data analytics projects and data topics (compliance, skills, technologies)
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of system development lifecycle methodologies
• Skilled in project tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Monday.com)
• Fluent English mandatory
• Rigorous, organized, strong communication with stakeholders including C-level

Nice to have

• Experience with AI project delivery management
• Knowledge of French, Dutch, Czech, Polish
