Location: Remote from Middle East and North Africa (Egypt)

What you will do
- Respond and communicate with clients to understand and service their needs via live chat.
- Analyze customer data to make recommendations and resolve problems.
- Clarify issues, determine causes, select and explain solutions, and follow up for resolution.
- Build rapport, diffuse conflicts, and foster long-term relationships for repeat business.
- Contribute to team efforts and maintain quality standards in customer adjustments.
Requirements
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Arabic and English (French advantageous)
- Computer literacy and basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Disc).
- Ability to identify problem-solving approaches and present solutions verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and punctuality.
- Own laptop (Windows with 16GB RAM min or Mac 2015+ model) and stable internet
