What you will do

• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales related matters (Logistics).
• Train and onboard vendors.
• Resolve technical issues for vendors (location, vendor portal).
• Monitor the status of the vendor to ensure all systems are running smoothly.
• Provide partner support via emails, phone, and remote control.
• Manage quality accounts of the vendors, ensuring continuous partner relationships and resolve operations issues between partner vendors and users.

• Fresh Graduate - 2 years full-time job in the same field.
