What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with technical expertise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform.
- Guide customers through product features, configuration settings, and usage best practices.
- Document and escalate complex technical problems to development or engineering teams.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with product and QA teams to communicate customer feedback and advocate for improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of software applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Jira Service Desk.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems systematically.
