What you will do

  • Respond efficiently to clients across multiple channels to understand and meet their needs
  • Analyze customer data to recommend solutions and resolve product/service concerns
  • Clarify problems, identify causes, explain solutions, and follow up for resolution
  • Build rapport, manage conflicts, and foster positive long-term client relationships
  • Contribute to team goals and maintain high quality standards in inquiries

Requirements

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese and English
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
  • Experience resolving complex issues and communicating with upset clients
  • Understanding of empathy, best customer service practices, and process improvements
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, punctuality
  • Personal laptop (Windows 8GB+ RAM or Mac 2015+) and stable internet
