Salary: 37,999 gross + 5,000 Client Deployment Allowance

What you will do
- Provide client support in a BPO environment while meeting KPIs and performance targets.
- Communicate with clients in excellent English and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Pull and present reports as needed for support operations.
- Handle appointment setting activities (plus if experienced).
- Work graveyard shifts and start training immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a BPO setup.
- 2+ years of SME, Assistant Coach, or assistant Team Lead experience is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work graveyard shifts and start training immediately.
- Existing home office setup with a conducive work environment.
- Reliable equipment and connectivity: i5 (7th gen+) or AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, dual monitor, and stable internet with at least 25 Mbps upload/download; backup power and internet required.
