TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide client support in a BPO environment while meeting KPIs and performance targets.
  • Communicate with clients in excellent English and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Pull and present reports as needed for support operations.
  • Handle appointment setting activities (plus if experienced).
  • Work graveyard shifts and start training immediately.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a BPO setup.
  • 2+ years of SME, Assistant Coach, or assistant Team Lead experience is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Ability to work graveyard shifts and start training immediately.
  • Existing home office setup with a conducive work environment.
  • Reliable equipment and connectivity: i5 (7th gen+) or AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, dual monitor, and stable internet with at least 25 Mbps upload/download; backup power and internet required.
