What you will do

• Define enterprise-wide supply strategies and guide on emerging trends for cost reduction and competitive advantage.
• Oversee supplier performance, metrics, and contract compliance to maximize value and alignment with goals.
• Act as strategic advisor to cross-functional teams on high-impact sourcing initiatives and optimizations.
• Lead negotiations for major supplier agreements using optimal methods and evaluation criteria.
• Champion spend transparency and efficiency with advanced cost modeling for executive decisions.
• Mentor peers and ensure adherence to procurement processes while handling special projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 13 years in strategic sourcing, category management (software, reseller, professional services), vendor management, or procurement in service/fintech (indirect purchasing).
• Advanced experience in redlining agreements and pricing negotiations with suppliers.
• Ability to handle multi-million dollar deals with complex structures.
• Timeline-driven, self-prioritizing, with escalation recognition; strong business acumen.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and data analysis for leadership presentations.
• Process-oriented; able to work extended hours during negotiations or RFx cycles.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or supply chain.
• Experience with supplier relationship management, digital sourcing platforms (Oracle Fusion, Coupa, etc.), CLM systems, e-sourcing tools.
