What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to negotiate contracts, manage suppliers, and enable e-procurement technologies.
• Conduct bids, support sourcing projects, and manage the full procurement process from request to delivery.
• Lead RFP processes, create Statements of Work, and handle global contract management and logistics.
• Institute policies for metrics reporting, initiate process improvements, and prepare business cases and reports.
• Collaborate with legal and infosec teams to ensure contract compliance and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 7+ years in sourcing/strategic procurement focusing on indirect spend and market data.
• Experience managing procurement and allocation of market data, indexes, exchanges, and related services.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay solutions like Oracle (preferred), Ariba, Coupa, or Zycus.
• Strong skills in contract negotiations, strategy development, strategic sourcing, and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; self-starter with problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven success in cost savings initiatives and leading cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• CPM, PMP, or APICS certifications.
• Project management experience.
• Financial services industry experience.
