What you will do
- Build 's presence in Finland from zero as the first hire on the ground
- Open doors across the Finnish startup ecosystem and enterprise accounts
- Run end-to-end sales cycles from first conversation to signed contract
- Showcase to founders and enterprise customers, often building live demos
- Partner with the broader Nordic team to share learnings and amplify wins
- Shape the Finland playbook and help replicate it across new markets
- Feed customer insights into product and GTM strategy
- Own pipeline, forecasting, and account planning for the market
Requirements
- English fluency required (company language)
- Zero-to-one founder mindset, energized by building from an empty whiteboard
- Deep conviction in AI as a foundational shift and ability to articulate 's role
- Power user of with hands-on building experience
- Well-connected in the Finnish startup and tech ecosystem or clear path to become so
- Comfortable engaging founders and enterprise buyers, adapting messages
- Strong storyteller translating technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Comfort with ambiguity and defining playbooks in greenfield market
Nice to have
- Full-cycle SaaS sales experience
- AI or developer tools background
- Fluent Finnish + English
- Prior founder or operator experience
