What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client inquiries and deliver high-quality service.
- Perform personal clientele analysis and take appropriate actions.
- Communicate product updates, marketing promotions, and applicable terms and conditions.
- Follow legal guidelines and compliance procedures while contributing to business development and target achievement.
- Suggest system enhancements and cooperate with other departments.
Requirements
- Degree in a business-related field.
- Fluent Swahili with excellent oral and written English skills.
- Valid Kenyan work permit required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, prioritization, and computer literacy skills.
- Reliability, integrity, dynamism, innovation, and a target-oriented approach.
