What you will do

• Develop and review work packages including labor, material, and time estimates.
• Create detailed step-by-step work instructions and safety/testing requirements.
• Implement and control operations, maintenance, and construction activities.
• Audit performance data and maintain databases for performance measurements.
• Evaluate and improve maintenance policies, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12 years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
• Extensive experience with mechanical/electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Deep knowledge of safety practices, lock-out/tag-out, and environmental laws.
• Ability to use computerized work management systems (CMMS).
• US citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• Active Q clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience in nuclear facility maintenance or construction planning.
• Knowledge of Laboratory-specific work control policies.
