What you will do
- Manage configuration items, baselines, and change control activities in accordance with EIA-649 standards.
- Administer PLM systems, including workflows, Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and document releases.
- Lead Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings to ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Perform detailed cross-references between drawings, BOMs, and supporting documents to identify errors.
- Prepare and submit Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for government programs.
- Conduct Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) and Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in configuration management within a complex engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency with PLM systems (e.g., Agile, Windchill) and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Epicor).
- Deep understanding of BOM structures and Engineering Change Management processes.
- Must be a U.S. national and eligible for security clearance.

- Experience developing new PLM workflows or optimizing existing processes.
- Strong analytical skills for identifying data or documentation inconsistencies.
