What you will do
- Manage sales support and product selling for distributors across Southern Africa, Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Deliver in-house and on-site product training and support to dealers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collect and analyze dealer financial data, providing coaching to accountants to improve financial reporting quality.
- Implement and support the Business Management system, including mapping dealer Charts of Accounts.
- Prepare and communicate monthly network performance, benchmarks, and consolidated reports.
- Coordinate the distribution of extended warranty, maintenance, and service plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
- 5-8 years of experience in selling Finance and Insurance (F&I) products and Account Management within the automotive industry.
- Automotive industry-specific product knowledge and application is a must.
- Possession of RE1 and RE5 certifications and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel to Middle Eastern, Sub-Saharan African, and North African regions for training and support.
- Matric / N3 Certificate.
