Location: Hybrid in Vienna, VA (Tysons Corner area) — 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week

What you will do

• Develop technical proposal content for RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses, including executive summaries and management sections.
• Collaborate with the CTO, solution architects, and SMEs to shape win themes and solution narratives.
• Translate complex IT, cloud, and cybersecurity concepts into clear, compliant, and persuasive content aligned with evaluation criteria.
• Lead the full proposal lifecycle, from outlining and storyboarding to final submission.
• Create supporting technical visuals, such as concept of operations, workflows, diagrams, and tables.
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal assets and knowledge content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or consulting.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Vienna, VA.
• Strong ability to communicate complex IT, cloud, and cybersecurity services.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior technical leadership (CTO level).
• Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal government or GovCon environments.
• Familiarity with proposal methodologies such as Shipley.
• Ability to develop basic technical graphics or visual content.
