What you will do

• Develop and test an AI-powered documentation assistant, including prompt templates and style guide references.
• Overhaul process documentation and create standardized templates for common document types.
• Manage routine documentation updates, terminology changes, and formatting corrections.
• Lead the documentation process for a specific product launch, from requirements gathering to publication.
• Audit existing documentation to build high-quality training datasets for AI agents.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in Technical Writing, Communications, English, or Information Science.
• Strong, concise writing skills and compulsive attention to detail.
• Interest in AI-assisted writing workflows and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (sponsorship is not available).
• Ability to learn new technical tools and concepts quickly.
