Salary: $101,100 - $150,000

What you will do

• Plan, write, and edit winning proposal content in response to Federal solicitations.
• Interview technical SMEs to translate complex information into clear, agile, and cloud-based solution narratives.
• Coordinate technical content from internal and partner SMEs for accuracy, messaging, and consistency.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers to develop anchor graphics, diagrams, and process flows.
• Lead or support technical solution sessions and maintain corporate proposal-writing standards.
• Perform final editing for "one-voice" readability, compliance, and adherence to brand messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, English, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical content planning and writing for Federal procurements.
• Demonstrated experience writing for IT systems development opportunities greater than $30M.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Nice to have

• Experience working with DoD and DHS.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
