What you will do

• Lead and manage the local analyst team, overseeing daily performance and the full HR lifecycle including hiring and reviews.
• Act as the formal interface between local analysts and the regional team to ensure seamless information flow and process implementation.
• Oversee delivery excellence by managing the data submission calendar and performing final quality checks on benchmarks.
• Deliver hands-on analyst services for a limited number of strategic and complex client accounts.
• Support local sales initiatives and identify upsell opportunities to drive financial sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8 years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and mentoring staff.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., PowerBI).
• Fluent English.
