What you will do

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, providing detailed variance analysis and actionable insights.
• Oversee product costing, absorption costing, and monitor inventory in high-volume production environments.
• Analyze profitability by product line, region, and customer segment to support margin improvement projects.
• Partner with sales, operations, and procurement teams on pricing, tenders, and commercial contracts.
• Manage daily cash flow, banking relationships, and mitigate foreign exchange risks related to imports and exports.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) and professional designation: CA(SA) preferred, or CIMA/SAIPA/SAICA.
• 1–5 years of post-articles experience in finance, management accounting, or auditing.
• Strong technical grounding in IFRS, financial modelling, and management accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage); Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI are advantageous.
• Must have own vehicle/reliable transport.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• Understanding of MRP and demand planning.
