What you will do

• Review sales orders for accuracy and process orders/RMAs in NetSuite, prioritizing across hardware distributors.
• Coordinate shipping from 3PL inventory and update statuses in NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Manage shipping from various providers based on inventory availability while adhering to 1-business-day KPIs.
• Analyze data for trends in hardware and distributor performance to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business units to enhance support services.
• Communicate with business units, customers, and vendors to resolve issues and fulfill orders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and working with multiple systems.
• Availability for 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

• Familiarity with payment terminals and technical support.
