What you will do

• Assemble engines to precise manufacturer and in-house specifications.
• Conduct inspections, measurements, and clearances using specialist tools.
• Strip, rebuild, and prepare engines for testing, events, or customer delivery.
• Collaborate with Engine Engineers and dyno team to provide feedback on issues and improvements.
• Maintain accurate build records and component tracking systems.

Requirements

• Technician-level education with understanding of engine mechanics and systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Experience building high-performance engines in motorsport, performance automotive, or aerospace.
