What you will do

• Lead development and architecture of complex Drupal sites and applications.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define requirements and scope.
• Design and implement custom Drupal modules and themes.
• Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Optimize performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and handle migrations.
• Stay current with Drupal updates and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Public Trust or Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Drupal development, including custom modules/themes, Drupal 10/7/8 migrations.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript; strong Drupal theming/APIs/architecture.
• Experience with Drush, Composer, YAML, Git, CI/CD, Agile, Acquia/Peraton/AWS deployments.
• Advanced database design/optimization; excellent problem-solving/communication; leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with other web frameworks and CMS platforms.
