TL;DR
Sr. Drupal Web Developer (Drupal): Leading full-stack Drupal development for web solutions supporting a medical device product platform with an accent on custom modules, theming, integrations, and technical architecture. Focus on mentoring developers, automating testing and deployment, and ensuring secure, accessible, high-quality releases.
Location: Aviacon, Tijuana, Mexico; hybrid position with an in-office schedule determined by the manager

What you will do
- Lead full-stack development with Drupal 10/11, including custom modules, theming, and integrations.
- Drive technical design and architecture decisions for complex web solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote coding, testing, documentation, and review best practices.
- Collaborate with QA, product owners, designers, and IT leaders to deliver secure, accessible, high-quality solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation for testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release strategy, risk analysis, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of professional Drupal development experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong proficiency with Drupal 9/10 APIs, PHP 8.x, Twig, HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript.
- Debugging and responsive web development experience.
- Familiarity with GitHub or Bitbucket, branching strategies, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, enterprise integration patterns, Acquia hosting, or Acquia certification.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, performance optimization, and leading technical discussions.
