What you will do

• Prepare quantity take-offs from construction and architectural plans
• Price interior construction packages including GIB fixing, plastering, and ceiling systems
• Prepare and submit quotations and cost estimates
• Monitor project variations and track costs throughout project stages
• Review project specifications and drawings for estimating purposes
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate cost documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or construction cost support
• Experience with quantity take-offs for interior fit-out projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Groundplan, Buildxact, or similar estimating software
• Experience within the New Zealand construction industry
