What you will do

• Manage the commercial and contractual performance of data centre projects.
• Perform cost planning, estimating, and procurement duties.
• Execute post-contract duties following established processes and procedures.
• Develop and manage client accounts through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure project compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar construction-related technical discipline.
• Professional experience in CSA Cost Management.
• Direct experience working on Data Centre (DC) projects.
• Proven project delivery track record in consultancy, contracting, or client-side roles.
• Must be based in or able to work in Milan, Italy
