What you will do

• Undertake M&E surveys, condition surveys, pre-acquisition and dilapidation surveys.
• Prepare 10-year PPM schedules and monitor M&E works on site for conformity and quality.
• Identify M&E assets/systems, estimate age/remaining life, and produce written reports.
• Advise and liaise with project and cost control teams, develop commercial strategies.
• Carry out duties efficiently, complying with processes, EHSQ standards and contractual strategies.

Requirements

• Building Services degree ideally, recognised M&E qualification, Chartered or willing to obtain MCIBSE (or equivalent).
• Track record in similar role, FM or site engineering; experience in asset surveying, technical due diligence.
• Proficiency with technology like tablets and software such as Excel.
