What you will do

• Visit construction sites monthly to review contractor and subcontractor progress claims.
• Deliver pre-development services to assess project feasibility and risks.
• Review development schedules, track budgets, costs to date, and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Develop cash flow projections, confirm equity contributions, and prepare reports for lenders.
• Review contracts, process payment certifications, negotiate change orders, and ensure compliance with Provincial Lien Act.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Science or related field.
• 4-6+ years in loan monitoring and project monitoring.
• Strong understanding of RICS Project Monitoring guidelines, construction estimates, development schedules.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry, Provincial Lien Act, CIQS standards, CCDC contracts.
• Superior communication, time management; ability to manage multiple projects.

• Working towards LEED, RICS/PQS certification.
