What you will do

• Conduct detailed cost analyses, estimates, cost plans, and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Complete full trade and elemental take-offs, measure quantities for variations, and manage related risks.
• Undertake site visits and complete valuations of work done on site.
• Prepare cash flows and provide expert advice on cost-effective construction methods and materials.
• Manage client relations and assist in establishing client requirements.

Requirements

• Expertise and accreditation in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• 2-3 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Membership in a professional body (e.g., AIQS, RICS, CIOB)
• Knowledge of local construction industry (development, contracting, consulting)
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively
• Self-motivated with high integrity, honesty, and ethics
