What you will do

• Manage escalated technical cases from front-line support, perform deep-dive analysis, and define corrective actions.
• Provide remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams for timely vehicle repairs.
• Produce clear technical reports for OEM and stakeholders, highlighting risks, trends, and improvements.
• Monitor KPIs like case ageing, recurrence, and fix-it-right-first-time, flagging product or process issues.
• Contribute to technical knowledge base and best practices for Level 1 agents and workshops.

Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair (dealer, workshop, or OEM).
• Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files for root causes and recurring issues.
• Capable of translating OEM documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into clear repair instructions.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills to explain complex topics clearly.
• Team player with proactive, logical, and inquisitive mindset for multi-market environments.
