What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding, from gathering requirements and understanding goals to designing tailored solutions.
• Manage the implementation lifecycle, collaborating with developers and designers to remove bottlenecks and ensure seamless delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients during onboarding, managing communication, requirements, and escalations.
• Own project scope and contracts (SOWs, Order Forms) to ensure enterprise configurations integrate successfully with client systems.
• Partner with product teams to identify and implement UX/UI improvements informed by client feedback and usage metrics.
• Champion continuous platform enhancements to align with evolving client and business needs.

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience onboarding customized enterprise software solutions.
• Proven project management skills, including managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Required: Deep knowledge of the wealth management industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada and located in Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, or Toronto.
