Manager Reporting and Analysis

TL;DR

Manager, Data Product & Business Solutions Development (BI/Data): Lead development and lifecycle management of business-facing data products, custom tools, reporting automation, and BI solutions with an accent on translating stakeholder needs into scalable products. Location: Current work authorization for Canada is required. Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Salary: $152,000 to $170,000 base + discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead development, governance, and lifecycle management of data products turning data and analytics into reusable solutions.
• Design and support custom tools, automation, and workflow solutions using BI tools, Python, SQL, and AI-enabled platforms.
• Modernize reports, dashboards, and BI assets into self-service products across Power BI, Tableau, and enterprise tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize, roadmap, and deliver solutions aligned to business value.
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on product thinking, technical skills, and continuous development.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• University degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Proven people leadership experience coaching technical and business talent.
• Experience leading data products, BI, reporting automation, or business solutions.
• Strong product discipline: roadmaps, prioritization, governance, documentation.
• SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, automation tools experience.

Nice to have

• Financial services or investment management experience.
• CPA, MBA, CFA, Product Management, or Data Analytics certifications.
