Salary: $135,000 to $146,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines to create and manage product strategies influencing FCC product backlogs through workshops and touchpoints.
• Conduct research, competitive analysis, and ad-hoc business analyses to identify innovation opportunities and assess vendor solutions.
• Communicate strategies to Product Solutions Managers, define user journeys, and ensure alignment across product areas and teams.
• Identify optimal solutions by focusing discussions on problem spaces, assessing risks, and translating business objectives into program metrics.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and articulate product vision organization-wide.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role within financial services.
• Experience managing products spanning multiple development teams and business domains in agile/dual-track scrum environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Agile certifications like CSPO required (ACSPO, CFA, CSC as assets).
• Strong research, critical thinking, analytical, communication, leadership, and consensus-building skills.

• MBA.
• Experience in highly collaborative agile environments with Product Owners and delivery teams.
