Salary: $135,000 to $146,000

What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines to create and manage product strategies influencing FCC product backlogs through workshops and touchpoints.
- Conduct research, competitive analysis, and ad-hoc business analyses to identify innovation opportunities and assess vendor solutions.
- Communicate strategies to Product Solutions Managers, define user journeys, and ensure alignment across product areas and teams.
- Identify optimal solutions by focusing discussions on problem spaces, assessing risks, and translating business objectives into program metrics.
- Facilitate prioritization discussions and articulate product vision organization-wide.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role within financial services.
- Experience managing products spanning multiple development teams and business domains in agile/dual-track scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Agile certifications like CSPO required (ACSPO, CFA, CSC as assets).
- Strong research, critical thinking, analytical, communication, leadership, and consensus-building skills.
Nice to have
- MBA.
- Experience in highly collaborative agile environments with Product Owners and delivery teams.
