Location: Hybrid role based in Santiago, Chile

What you will do

Define product vision and strategy for channel integrations including Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and Slack.
Prioritize the product roadmap and lead the development lifecycle from initial concept to launch.
Analyze quantitative metrics and qualitative user research to drive informed product decisions.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and partnerships to align on product goals.
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across executive and operational teams.
Ensure products address core customer pain points while driving overall business impact.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management within a high-growth tech environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for managing senior and executive stakeholders.
Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously.
Deep commitment to customer empathy and user-centric design principles.
Proven ability to break down complex systems and envision cohesive, scalable solutions.
Must be based in Santiago, Chile to support the hybrid work format.
