What you will do

• Own the vision and roadmap for Enterprise readiness, including governance and control of AI features by admins at scale.
• Ship primitives like identity & access, audit & compliance, admin tooling, and extensibility APIs to unlock upmarket pipeline.
• Define admin controls for AI, such as permissions for agents, auditability of AI actions, and observability into automations.
• Convert customer insights, deal signals, and security reviews into platform investments.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Security, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in high-growth B2B, with shipping to IT, admin, or security buyers
• Enterprise judgment to distinguish durable primitives from one-off fixes
• Fluency in identity & security: SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, audit, public APIs
• Strong opinions on AI in admin/IT context, non-human identities, and auditability
• Systems thinking to handle permissions, audit, and admin-at-scale complexities
• Rigor in admin UX and comfort with ambiguity in a new pod
