hirify.global is a leading PR firm launching a dedicated AI Communications practice to lead in Generative Engine Optimization.

What you will do

• Productize GEO and Citation Share into recurring revenue offerings with defined SOWs within the first 90 days.
• Close enterprise pilots ($250K+) and build a high-value sales pipeline.
• Build the AI Communications organization by recruiting external talent and utilizing internal resources.
• Drive the public narrative for the practice through keynotes, media appearances, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to define and execute the category story across market channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of revenue-generating experience at AI, SaaS, or data companies.
• Proven track record of scaling an AI-native or martech business to $10M–$100M in revenue.
• Direct experience closing six- or seven-figure deals with Fortune 500 CMOs and CEOs.
• Technical fluency in LLMs, retrieval, embeddings, and GEO mechanics.
• Must be based outside the New York metro area.
• Strong network of brand-side CMOs, CCOs, and Heads of Growth.
