Salary: €8,000 – €11,000 gross per month

What you will do
- Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with long-term business goals and growth.
- Make key architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability.
- Build, lead, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership.
- Optimize development processes and workflows to increase delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with founders and leadership to ensure technology drives business impact.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in software engineering (backend, frontend, or fullstack).
- Proven experience building and scaling web and/or mobile applications.
- Hands-on expertise in system architecture, performance optimization, and scaling challenges.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring technical talent.
- Ability to connect technology decisions with business outcomes in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or SaaS environments.
- Experience building or evolving in-house systems.
- Practical experience applying AI/ML solutions in products or internal tools.
