TL;DR
Head of Business Applications (AI/ERP): Leading the ownership and evolution of the operational systems landscape including Salesforce, Certinia, and NetSuite with an accent on automation and agentic AI to create an AI-native internal operation. Focus on establishing a sustainable operating model, defining governance, and implementing AI use cases to reduce manual work and increase business velocity.
Location: Hybrid in Helsinki, Munich, or Stockholm. Relocation is not offered.

What you will do
- Take end-to-end accountability for Salesforce, Certinia, and NetSuite, owning the roadmap, architecture, and budget.
- Lead governance forums to prioritize demands across sales, finance, and delivery, translating technical trade-offs into executive goals.
- Drive the internal AI agenda by deploying agentic workflows (e.g., Agentforce, Claude-style assistants) to automate workflows.
- Manage the in-house team and execute "make-or-buy" strategies for external partners and managed services.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure secure APIs and strict adherence to GDPR, ISO27001, and TISAX standards.
- Track business KPIs such as utilization and margin visibility to demonstrate platform ROI.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in Business Tech/Operations, including Lead or "Head of" roles in professional services or consulting.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce), specifically the Sales-to-Invoicing lifecycle.
- Proven track record of deploying AI features (Einstein, Agentforce, LLMs) and agentic workflows.
- Experience managing SaaS portfolios post-implementation, including vendor licensing and roadmap ownership.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Must be based in or able to work from Helsinki, Munich, or Stockholm.
Nice to have
- Experience leading the transition from a major implementation project to a steady-state "run" function.
- Exposure to data and analytics tooling such as CRM Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, or German.
