TL;DR

Business Development Manager: Build, lead and coach a team of BDRs to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for the French market with an accent on performance management, tactical prospecting plays, and change adoption. Focus on owning end-to-end team performance, partnering with sales leadership on messaging and sequencing, and tracking KPIs with proactive corrective actions.

What you will do

  • Build, lead and coach a team of BDRs to generate qualified opportunities and pipeline for Enterprise & Corporate French market.
  • Establish leadership: motivate team, set high bar, build operating rhythms, and manage performance end-to-end.
  • Drive change adoption in fast-scaling environment through process updates and iteration.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to design and roll out prospecting plays (messaging, sequencing, account approaches).
  • Track KPIs and pipeline health, surface issues early, and implement corrective actions.
  • Be coachable: iterate based on feedback and continuously improve team approaches.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • 1+ year experience directly managing a BDR/SDR team in fast-growing environment
  • Former quota-exceeding BDR; AE/full sales cycle experience a plus
  • Strong people leadership: motivate, coach, manage performance, handle difficult conversations
  • Metrics-driven: track daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
  • Strong change-management and coachability
  • Comfortable with Salesforce and sales tools (Outreach, Gong)

  • Experience as AE or full sales cycle
