What you will do

• Perform visual and dimensional checks on materials, components, and finished products to validate conformance to blueprints.
• Polish, grind, and prepare assemblies to cosmetic and dimensional requirements.
• Plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair rigid and flexible tube assemblies and fixtures.
• Set up and operate equipment such as abrasive tools, squaring, deburring, and sizing machines including swagers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, method sheets, and procedures to manufacture metal tubes.
• Maintain accurate mylar fixtures and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
