About the Role

You will build and scale recruiting frameworks and processes to ensure efficient, consistent, high-quality hiring. You will manage interview scheduling, workflows, SLAs, and end-to-end recruiting operations. You will own and optimize the ATS and other talent systems, maintain data integrity, create documentation and hiring playbooks, develop recruiting metrics and dashboards, evaluate and manage vendors and tools, identify automation opportunities, and lead and develop Talent Coordinators to deliver a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Experience leading recruiting operations or talent coordination in a scaling environment
  • Player coach mentality with ability to lead from the front
  • Hands-on experience managing ATS and talent tooling
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment
  • Based in Eastern or Central time

Responsibilities

  • Design and scale recruiting frameworks and processes
  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators
  • Own end-to-end recruiting operations including scheduling, workflows, and SLAs
  • Manage and optimize the ATS and broader talent systems
  • Ensure data integrity and usability in talent systems
  • Build and maintain documentation and hiring playbooks
  • Design process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
  • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Identify and implement tools or automation to improve operations
  • Evaluate and manage recruiting vendors and tools
