What you will do

• Manage technical projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestone achievement.
• Maintain project timelines for multiple concurrent deliverables using Microsoft Project Online.
• Monitor project progress and drive the identification and management of risks with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the quality of project deliverables by addressing issues with the appropriate team members.
• Act as the single point of contact for the project team, providing high-touch customer service.
• Facilitate internal and external project team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in technical project management or clinical trial timeline adherence.
• Must be based in Bulgaria
• English: C1 (Excellent verbal and written communication skills)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
