What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams of designers and developers to ensure project delivery.
• Manage scope definition, validation, and change management processes.
• Perform timeline planning, milestone tracking, and budget burn-rate monitoring.
• Lead client communication and provide regular status reporting to enterprise stakeholders.
• Facilitate demos, acceptance processes, and release planning.
• Analyze requirements and decompose complex initiatives into clear tasks and execution plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong experience managing both Fixed Price and Time & Material projects.
• Proven ability to work with distributed teams and stakeholders from the GCC region.
• Strong skills in risk and change management.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) level required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
