What you will do

• Define and execute the vision for a unified growth platform spanning experimentation, analytics, and CMS/website infrastructure.
• Implement a cross-functional operating model connecting product, marketing, demand generation, and sales through shared metrics.
• Scale experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing structures and measurement standards across multiple teams.
• Develop shared dashboards and funnel visibility systems to track performance across acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Establish and evolve content and SEO/GEO strategies to optimize discoverability across search and AI-driven channels.
• Build lifecycle and engagement tooling supporting full-funnel customer journeys for B2B and B2C products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth product management with ownership of acquisition, activation, and retention funnels.
• Experience building or scaling growth platforms, experimentation systems, or analytics infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in SEO and familiarity with emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
• Proficiency with modern analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, or Optimizely.
• Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms and content modeling (e.g., Contentful).
• Must be based in the United States.
