What you will do

• Develop and execute regional electronics category management processes aligned with global strategy.
• Embed strategic sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) across APAC plants and hubs.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain leaders to build long-term strategies.
• Manage supplier segmentation, panel management, and regional supply base performance.
• Execute Low-Cost Country sourcing initiatives to reduce regional TCO.
• Award business based on TCO metrics, including cost, working capital, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in direct material sourcing within electronics manufacturing or complex products.
• Proven experience in a regional APAC sourcing or category management role.
• Track record of collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Fluent English with strong cultural awareness across the APAC region.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• APICS or MCIPS certification (preferred).
