What you will do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including RFI, RFQ, and RFP.
• Enforce procurement policies to ensure full compliance across all purchasing activities.
• Identify, control, and mitigate procurement-related risks.
• Negotiate costs and payment terms while managing supplier performance.
• Analyze spend categories and market conditions to refine sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in indirect material procurement or fresh graduate with relevant background.
• Proficiency in English and Malay (verbal and written) is required.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
• High integrity and commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of SAP.
